We support landlords and homeowners to meet the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES) with expert advice and modelling. We select energy efficiency improvement measures and scenarios to demonstrate how current regulations can be achieved, supported by a tailored EPC evaluation as part of the process.
